The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this website and all orders placed offline. By ordering from JAF Graphics Ltd you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

IMPORTANT: We try very hard to ensure that all the information on this site is accurate, however occasionally an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will inform you and we reserve the right to cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.

PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS:

Please note, we copy your wording exactly as inputted without making any amendments.

We may amend the layout to suit the shape and size of the sign. If you wish to check your layout prior to manufacture please request a proof.

Please note, if your order has already been sent to production, we cannot make any amendments to your order.

RETURNS

Non-stock items
Important – Custom & Coated Products Policy
The majority of our items are made to order (bespoke/custom) and therefore cannot be returned for a refund.
If you have any doubts or questions about your purchase, please get in touch with us before ordering – we’re happy to help!

This includes any signs with:

• reflective coating
• photoluminescent (glow-in-the-dark) coating
• clear coating

These items are also non-returnable for refund as they are non-stock items.
